Skupen je vsem \u017eivim bitjem s hrbtenico ter se aktivira vsaki\u010d, ko se ustra\u0161imo in imamo ob\u010dutek, da smo v nevarnosti - ko zasli\u0161imo glasen pok, ko se nekdo zadere \u2018pazi!\u2019, ko se v situaciji ne po\u010dutimo varno in prijetno.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ce71576 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ce71576\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Refleks rde\u010de lu\u010di ima klju\u010den pomen za na\u0161e pre\u017eivetje, saj nas zavaruje pred nevarnostjo. Plitko dihanje pa je tudi tesno povezano z anksioznostjo, saj telo pade v stres \u010de ne dobi dovolj kisika.
