Namen tega refleksa je, da nas zavaruje pred bole\u010dino. Najve\u010dkrat se pojavi kot odgovor na nesre\u010do, po\u0161kodbo ali operacijo, lahko pa je tudi odraz nesimetri\u010dne obremenitve in prilagajanja pri delu ali \u0161portu (natakar, tenisa\u010d, nogometa\u0161 ipd.). <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ce71576 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ce71576\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Pri refleksu travme se aktivirajo in kroni\u010dno zakr\u010dijo predvsem <b>bo\u010dne mi\u0161ice<\/b>, ki po\u0161kodovano stran telesa potegnejo skupaj, da jo zavarujejo.
